Parking facilities and gate operation at the villa
There are two paved and illuminated parking spaces right next to the villa, or alternatively, you can park at the end of the driveway in the turning area, but under no circumstances on the lawn.
Even though your vehicle will be parked on the grounds of Villa Oliviera, you should not leave any valuables in the car!
To drive onto the property, you will be given a remote control for the gate during your booked period.
If you are expecting visitors, you can use the video intercom in the villa's living room to see who has rung the bell and is standing at the gate. The gate can also be opened and closed from there using a switch. As the gate does not close automatically, you must always close it manually using the remote control or the switch on the intercom.
The gate must always be kept closed, even when you are present!
If you leave the property to go on an outing or go shopping, all exterior doors must be closed and locked.
Safety instructions
We want you to enjoy a carefree time at Villa Oliviera, so here are a few tips and pointers.
The property is 13,700 square meters in size and the pool is located a few meters away from the villa. As the pool is 1.40 meters deep, it should not be used by babies and small children. Children must be able to swim or be tall enough to stand in the pool. As the pool is not fenced or enclosed, it is highly recommended that children be supervised so that immediate action can be taken in dangerous situations before anything serious happens.
The nearest hospital is a few kilometers away in Rovinj on the coast.

If first aid is required, there is a first aid kit in the kitchen cupboard on the left.
In case of fire, there is also a fire extinguisher in the kitchen cupboard on the left.
